Refund policy

Return Conditions: As our products are personal and intimate in nature, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unopened and unused.

Non-returnable items: Opened or used items / Damage caused by customer misuse / Requests beyond the time limit / Custom orders

Refund Process: Email us at soulmate7961@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Once confirmed, we will provide a return address. Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Quality Issues: Please provide photo evidence within 48 hours of receipt. Quality issues are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
