Return Eligibility
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Return request submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
- Item is unopened and unused in its original packaging.
- Item is in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used items.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
- Return requests submitted after the 7-day window.
- Custom or personalized orders.
Quality Issues & Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at soulmate7961@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will offer a full refund or free replacement — your choice.
Return Shipping
Please note the following regarding return shipping costs:
- For quality defects or damaged items caused by our error: we cover return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns (unopened/unused): return shipping is at the buyer's expense. As products ship internationally from China, return shipping costs may range from $80–$200 depending on your location. Please consider this before initiating a return.
- We will provide the return address after your return request is approved. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
Refund Process

- We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and may not be cancellable. Please contact us immediately at soulmate7961@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
