We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you experience a quality issue or receive a damaged item, we will make it right with a full refund or replacement.

Return Eligibility

Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
  • Item is unopened and unused in its original packaging.
  • Item is in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
  • Return requests submitted after the 7-day window.
  • Custom or personalized orders.

Quality Issues & Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at soulmate7961@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will offer a full refund or free replacement — your choice.

Return Shipping

Please note the following regarding return shipping costs:

  • For quality defects or damaged items caused by our error: we cover return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns (unopened/unused): return shipping is at the buyer's expense. As products ship internationally from China, return shipping costs may range from $80–$200 depending on your location. Please consider this before initiating a return.
  • We will provide the return address after your return request is approved. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.

Refund Process

  1. Email soulmate7961@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and may not be cancellable. Please contact us immediately at soulmate7961@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
