Free Shipping to the USA
All orders ship free to any US address. No minimum order required. Shipping is fully insured and handled by trusted international carriers.

Every order is shipped in a plain, unmarked box with no product names, brand markings, or descriptions visible on the exterior or on any shipping labels. Your privacy is our priority.
Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you after shipment. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website or via 17track.net.
Customs and Import Duties
For US customers, we handle all shipping arrangements and cover standard shipping costs. However, import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable in your region) are the responsibility of the buyer. Most US orders are not subject to additional customs fees, but this can vary.
Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographic evidence where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
